We delivered the project of a financial management system to a holding company in Curitiba, which has more than 26 companies in its network.
One of the differentials of this project was the company’s need to organize the large flow of invoices issued against the company’s CNPJ.
Thus, we developed a system that searches automatically and in full time, the generated notes, optimizing the solution of problems related to NFe mistakenly generated by third parties.
When this NFe against the CNPJ is located, the company receives a notice, and is able to verify the origin and veracity of the issued note. If it is true, after a confirmation, it enters the company’s accounts payable system.
